Work has begun in earnest to update and modify the exams presently at the Imperial University. At this time all of the exams at the Jerjerrod Campus are completed, and work has begun on the exams at the Dangor Campus. This is a slow process since it requires essentially recoding each exam, which comprises two separate files, and either updating or replacing existing questions. We are striving to make the exam questions Multiple Choice or True or False, however based on some course criteria's it may be necessary to keep some of the fill-in questions as well.

Once this project is completed then new courses will be added as we acquire them. At this time there are two new courses that are waiting to be coded and released, so look for further expansion in the coming weeks.

At this time I am unable to say for certain how long this process will take. Each exam takes approximately an hour to rework, some may take a little longer, some a little less. However all exams will remain online and active during the project, so feel free to take any of them at any time.

Thanks to the efforts of High Admiral Talon Jade the final piece of the Imperial Navy overhaul has been completed. Today the new and improved Imperial Navy Core Exam {INCE} is now online, complete with course notes revisions. For those of you that have already taken this exam, you will not be required to retake it.

Today we discovered a problem with the Communications 1 {CM1} exam that we had originally believed was a browser error on the user end. However it has been discovered there is a coding bug that is not readily apparent and will need to be debugged. In the meantime if you need or want to take the exam please place your answers in a text file and attach it to an email to ciu@imperialdirectorate.org along with your PIN, ID Line and email address as usual.

Greetings fellow Imperials,

As of today, I am not the official Commandant of the Imperial University. I assume this role with a strong desire to succeed in the position. My goal is to run a long administration; one that is wholly fruitful and beneficial for the club, not just the University. Although just one facet of our massive club, the Imperial University is a staple of Imperial brilliance. It is here that you attain knowledge through the numerous courses provided, and allow yourself to be acknowledged for such efforts both with knowledge (less practical), and awards and promotions, and perhaps even, positions (much, much more practical).

As of now, the Imperial University's roll of courses spans to almost 70 well-written and fully informational courses! As Commandant, I wish to expand upon that already impressive collection. By doing so, I seek to provide much more resources for members to complete in hopes that by doing so, their careers in the Directorate will be exponentially improved. Another goal of mine is to touch upon all of the present courses and audit them where necessary.

My thanks go to Lord Khan for providing me the chance to make all of this happen. Also, I thank all of the members whom have contacted me to congratulate me on my ascension. Your words of encouragement and appreciation have been great! On that note though, I must end this news post. However, if you ever need to get in contact with me, do not hesitate to do.
