Exam Revamp Update
A number of exams have been updated in the last two weeks, as well as the addition of two new course/exams. Today six more exams were updated:
Fleet Tactics
Ground Tactics
Mass Tactics
TIE Fighter
TIE Interceptor
TIE Phantom
There are approximately a half dozen other exams currently being worked on by various members, and the IU will continue to work on finishing the remaining exams so that hopefully within the next 2-3 weeks everything will finally be completely done and updated.

Mandalorian Language Course
Thanks to the efforts of LCP Boleth Logoth and CPL Maximus Raidoner Mandalore we have released the Mandalorian Language course and exam at the Dangor Campus! This is a pretty intensive exam, so it is highly advised that you take your time while taking the exam.

Exam Revamp Continues...
Well as of this news posting every exam on the left nav menu has now been revamped! Work continues with the exams on the right nav menu with the aide of four of our members (Teu Veld, Kyrios, Roy Mustang, and Marcus Jonathan). Thanks to Roy Mustang for making the new Rapid Response Team {RRT} course and exam, and Bolen Logoth is working on a Mandalorian language course and exam at this time. So while we're revamping the old, new courses and exams are also coming in as well!
Now a couple of people have asked me why we're going to all this trouble to revamp all these exams. Well for one thing I felt it was time to update them a bit, and it gives us the chance to go back and find any spelling errors that may have been missed in the past. However there is another reason for this work, but at this time I won't go into it since it is still something that VA Kuron and I are discussing, and likely won't become a reality until some time further down the road this year.
In the meantime I am pleased to also report that in the past three days more than 70 exams have been submitted and graded! I swear that is a new record for the Imperial University, and I expect by the end of this week (7/2/10) we will be well past a total of 100 exams at this rate. Guys, keep up the great work, the training is worth the effort!

Exam Revamp Update
24 hours ago the Imperial University posted a notice for assistance to revamp the remaining 30+ exams that were still awaiting updates and changes. In the past 24 hours three exams, and one entire set of course notes, have been overhauled and are now online. Thanks to LCP Roy Mustang the Cloaking and Cloning Technology exams have been completely revamped to M/P and T/F questions. And yours truly has completely overhauled the Capital Ships course and exam to include the newer existing ships now in the Technical Manual.
In addition CDR Teu Veld is planning to tackle the Carrack Cruiser exam, LCP Mustang is going to work on many more, SGT Marcus Jonathan is tackling the Demolitions exam, and CPT Krehtsturm plans to take on the Imperial Star Destroyer exam. I suspect by the end of the week we will have at least 5 more exams overhauled and ready for use.
Now this is just the beginning since there are still dozens of exams that need to be overhauled, and while it will take some time, slowly but surely we are getting there. If anyone is interested in helping out please contact me by email, or find me on IRC, and I'll be happy to discuss it with you. So far LCP Mustang has earned 220,00 ICs and two Star of Domination merit awards for his work, and because of his hard work was promoted to Lance Corporal yesterday! This is how you get noticed, and how you get rewarded! Participate in similar projects around the ID and you to could be sporting some additional credits in your IDE account, a shiny new medal(s), and maybe even a deserving promotion!!
**Update: The Admistrative Ethics, Corellian Corvette and Dreadnaught Cruiser exams have also been revamped and the courses are ready to fly!
